Estimates
All estimates are provided complimentary, and we value your scheduling an appointment to ensure we dedicate the necessary time to assist you in feeling confident about choosing us for your vehicle’s repair.
You have the freedom to choose the number of estimates you wish to obtain and whether to compare services across multiple shops. Should you select a shop, it’s advisable to have your insurance company communicate with them directly.
If an insurance adjuster has inspected your vehicle, you may proceed to arrange the repairs. You can provide us with the estimate by faxing or emailing a copy, delivering it in person, or sharing your insurance details so we can acquire the estimate ourselves. We need to initiate the repair process based on the original estimate.
Insurance companies each have their own guidelines for parts usage. Often, they permit only aftermarket (copies produced by another company), remanufactured (parts that have been previously damaged and repaired), or used (known as LKQ for “Like Kind and Quality”) parts for repairs. However, you have the option to cover any additional costs if you prefer to use exclusively original factory parts for your repair.
The Repair Process
You have the full right and responsibility to select who repairs your vehicle. Should you find yourself undecided on a repair facility, your insurance company can suggest one for you. Numerous insurance companies have Direct Repair Programs which simplify the claims process and ensure faster repair work.
The duration of the repair process can vary due to several elements, such as the availability of parts, the drying times for paint and materials, and the accessibility of specialized equipment in our workshop. Recognizing your reliance on your vehicle, we strive diligently to expedite the repair process.
For vehicles that have sustained frame or suspension damage, a two or four-wheel alignment is necessary. Our comprehensive specifications for every vehicle allow us to accurately restore the frame or unibody to its original condition before the accident.
Our team of expert professionals, equipped with advanced paint matching technology, ensures the replication of your vehicle’s finish using only premium quality paint.
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all work performed, valid for as long as you own the vehicle. It’s crucial to understand that only the body shop, and not your insurance company, is accountable for this warranty on your repair.
We make every effort to restore your vehicle to its condition before the accident by the time it leaves our shop. If you observe any issues or encounter any problems, please feel free to contact us or visit us again.
Insurance Questions
When you report your accident, your insurance company will provide you with a claim number. It’s important to note this number down and have it with you when you come in to start the repair process. We’ll take care of everything else from there.
If the other party is at fault and their insurance covers the repairs, you won’t need to pay a deductible. Deductibles, which are set when you buy your insurance, can vary from $50 to $3,000. However, if your insurance is covering the repairs, the accident’s cause will dictate the deductible amount. For this information, consult your insurance provider or review your policy.
When the sum of the repair costs and the vehicle’s salvage value exceeds the vehicle’s Actual Cash Value (ACV) before the accident.
Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) refers to components produced by the original maker of your vehicle.
Aftermarket components, also referred to as Quality Replacement Parts (QRP), are not produced by the original vehicle manufacturer. These parts are typically more affordable than Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and may not offer the same level of fit and performance as OEM components.
LKQ (Like Kind & Quality) parts, also known as used parts, are typically sourced from automotive salvage yards. These establishments buy vehicles that are damaged or considered total losses, dismantle them to salvage usable components, and then sell these components as LKQ parts. Before sale, all LKQ parts undergo thorough inspections for any prior damage, rust, and to confirm they are original equipment manufacturer (OEM) components, rather than aftermarket parts.
